
It is easy to get caught up in what we should do or how we should feel. In order to have the life we want, we need to know deep down what is important to us, and only us. Connecting to what you value will not eliminate the bumps in our journey but will make those hard things become worth living with over time. We will engage in exercises to figure out what you care about, what kind of person you want to be, and what you want to stand for so that you can move in a valued direction. We will also help you translate those values into purposeful behaviors and actions.
